Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Mountain View to guide customers online, over the phone and in person through the vehicle purchase journey, in a no-haggle environment.

Respond to leads quickly, answer questions with vehicle information, and help close deals while delivering exceptional customer experience and a smooth handoff to service after purchase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads promptly via online, phone and in person to guide customers through the purchase process.
• Help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms and close deals in a no-haggle environment.
