Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience, and we’re hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone and in person in a no-haggle environment.

You’ll respond to leads, answer questions, help customers choose vehicles, negotiate terms that fit their budgets, and smooth the transition to service after purchase. Strong communication and sales or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to meet targeted goals and close deals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online and phone leads and guide customers to an in-store experience.
