Inchcape in Guam seeks a motivated Sales Associate to help customers find the right BMW and deliver an exceptional dealership experience. You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and stay current on BMW products and promotions.

The role emphasizes customer service, vehicle knowledge, and teamwork within a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Full-time position with opportunities for OEM training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and communication.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining product features, benefits, and available options.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing processes, and market trends.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Meet monthly sales goals and participate in OEM and dealership training programs.
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up activities.
