Inchcape Guam is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional dealership experience. You will build relationships, pursue sales goals, and stay up to date with automotive products and services while representing a leading global automotive distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and communication.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining product features, benefits, and available options.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing processes, and market trends.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Meet monthly sales goals and participate in OEM and dealership training programs.
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up activities.
