Atkins Kroll in Guam is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional dealership experience.

You will build lasting relationships, meet monthly sales goals, participate in OEM and dealership training, and coordinate vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.

This role is ideal for a personable, goal-oriented individual with strong communication, basic computer skills, and a valid Guam driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and communication.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining product features and options.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, financing processes, and market trends.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately per dealership procedures.
• Meet monthly sales goals and participate in OEM and dealership training programs.
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
