Inchcape Guam is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver / Porter to support daily service operations. You will transport customers to and from the dealership, move and park vehicles, and assist with check-in, tagging, and delivery prep while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Guam driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service and communication skills. You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced automotive environment, indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Guam Driver's License is required.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced.
• Move, retrieve, and park customer vehicles while maintaining dealership standards.
• Assist with vehicle check-in, service write-ups, tagging, and preparation for customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles before return to customers and report any concerns or damages.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to support efficient service operations and customer flow.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of shuttle vehicles, customer areas, and dealership grounds.
• Assist with parts pickups, shop support activities, and other operational tasks as needed.
