AutoNation Ford Sanford is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, over the phone, and in person through the vehicle purchasing journey. You will respond to leads promptly, provide information, and help customers complete their in-store experience with a high level of service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and are motivated by achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, no-haggle environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through vehicle purchase from inquiry to in-store experience.
• Respond to online and phone leads with timely, accurate information.
• Provide exceptional customer experience before and after the sale to drive loyalty.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition to Service department as needed.
