AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers across online, phone, and in-store channels, guiding them through vehicle purchases in AutoNation's no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, provide information, and help customers complete their deals while ensuring a seamless transition to service after purchase.

You should bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and prior sales or retail experience.

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help customers move from inquiry to in-store visit.
• Assist customers in negotiating terms and payment options within a no-haggle environment.
• Close deals and transition customers to Service department to support ownership experience.
