Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, meet customer satisfaction and volume standards. You’ll leverage a best-in-class CRM, equity mining tools, and a national lender network to help customers finance and find the perfect match.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication, consultative and organizational skills
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet volume standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships
• Utilize CRM and tools to identify and pursue sales leads
