Orangetheory Fitness in South Jordan, Utah seeks a Customer-Focused Sales Associate to drive memberships and deliver exceptional experiences for members and guests. You’ll build relationships, present program options, and guide new members toward the best fit for their fitness goals with energy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate value, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Contact prospective members via calls, texts, emails to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Align memberships with fitness goals.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members with enthusiasm and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.


• Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.


• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.


• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed


• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
