Orangetheory Fitness in Draper, UT is seeking a Sales Associate who will be one of the first faces our members meet, creating an exceptional experience from the first interaction. You’ll build meaningful relationships and share the Orangetheory story to help guests start their fitness journey.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, goal-driven individuals who love connecting with people, enjoy sales, and are motivated by achieving results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate value, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members via calls/texts/emails to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Understand fitness goals and match the best membership.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Engage in local outreach, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Build relationships with current members and foster a welcoming studio
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio targets while maintaining service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist front desk and maintain a clean, organized environment.

• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
