Orangetheory Fitness in Sandy, UT is seeking a Sales Associate who will be among the first faces our members meet, creating an exceptional experience from the first interaction. You’ll build meaningful relationships, share the Orangetheory story, and help people take the first step toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate the value of Orangetheory, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.


• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members through calls, texts, emails, and other outreach to book introductory classes.


• Convert Guests into Members: Understand individual fitness goals and help guests find the membership that best fits their needs.


• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.


• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.


• Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.


• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.


• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
