Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome members and guests, present membership options, and help people start their fitness journeys. You’ll build meaningful relationships, communicate Orangetheory’s value, and drive membership growth with a friendly, high-energy approach.

You’ll follow up leads, convert guests into members, and contribute to a welcoming studio environment while achieving sales targets and supporting front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or membership-driven roles preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: present options, communicate value, overcome objections, close the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: contact prospects via calls/texts/emails to book intro classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: match goals with memberships and sign up new members.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: greet guests with enthusiasm and hospitality.

• Convert Guests into Members: Understand individual fitness goals and help guests find the membership that best fits their needs.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
