Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (but not required).
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals.
• Use a consultative selling approach to match customers with the right vehicle.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, features, packages, and technologies.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
• Overcome objections and stay positive in sales situations.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager on goals and performance updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and bring a positive attitude daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
