Responsibilities

• Greet all walk-in customers promptly and warmly.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
• Balance the cash drawer daily and complete all required transaction paperwork.
• Organize and file all sales paperwork accurately and on time.
• Process all sales transactions, including finalizing tickets, collecting documentation, and completing payments per procedures.
• Review transfer and distribution documents according to policy.
• Verify documents for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training team members on computer programs, transaction procedures, and paperwork handling.
• Ensure shelves are merchandised and stocked according to direction from management.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance in line with dress standards.
• Support store maintenance, including cleaning as assigned.
• Assist with unloading stock trucks as scheduled.
• Follow safe work practices to protect products and people.

• Ensure shelves are merchandised and stocked according to direction from the Store Manager and Category Managers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in line with company dress and grooming standards.
• Support store maintenance, including vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning as assigned.
• Assist with unloading stock trucks as scheduled.
• Follow all safe work practices to prevent injury and protect products and property.
