Job summary

AutoNation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate engages with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond quickly to leads, answer questions, and help move from digital contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll leverage strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to meet sales targets, follow up with buyers, and transition them to service and ownership support within a large nationwide

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Help customers online, over the phone and in person guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
