Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers online, by phone, and in person to help guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and provide information to move customers from inquiry to in-store experience, ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a flair for customer service, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with follow-up calls.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-person leads to guide customers through the vehicle purchase.
• Maintain no-haggle sales environment and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Coordinate with Service and Finance departments to support ownership experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit budgets and lifestyles.
