Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Retail sales experience preferred and a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Comfort with technology and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-person leads to guide vehicle purchases.
• Help customers select vehicles and negotiate terms to fit their budgets and needs.
• Close deals and move customers from inquiry to in-store purchase.
