Job summary

Dutch Miller Auto Group in Wytheville, VA is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Associates. No automotive experience is required as we will train you to succeed and build a career in automotive sales.

If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy helping customers, this role could be a great fit. You will greet customers, discuss vehicle options, demonstrate features, and guide them through the sales process with support from a strong mentorship program.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; we provide training.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company sales steps.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.

No previous Automotive experience? No problem. Do you have Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Sales Associates at Dutch Miller.

Previous Automotive experience is not required. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in automotive.

Responsibilities

• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis

Requirements

• No sales experience required!
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
