Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; we will train you to be successful.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales day.
• Outgoing and able to handle objections & negotiate pricing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom or sales lot and offer assistance.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all available equipment and features for customer purchases.
• Build rapport with customers and present vehicles professionally.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and complete the sales process per company standards.
• Provide updates to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
