Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a part-time role at a busy West Hollywood studio. You will support the GM in achieving studio sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service to members and prospects.

You will execute the full sales process, conduct tours, learn Club Ready, and participate in local events to promote the studio. The position offers hourly pay with commission and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in person, phone, and email.
• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Attend special events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process: lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the GM.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Emphasize and enforce the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.

Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at a reputable Pilates studio. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager (GM) in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the GM in sales and customer relations to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Position Type: Part Time.

Compensation & Perks

• This position offers an hourly wage of $19.08/hr plus commission paid on sales
