Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing ones through sales and customer service. This role requires occasional weekend, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities include lead generation and conversion, member retention tasks, achieving daily tasks and quotas, participating in community events, logging bookings, and building a welcoming community at the studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Some college preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
