The Tile Shop in Virginia Beach is seeking a results-driven sales associate to greet customers, build relationships, and drive tile sales while educating on installations.

You will work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment with performance-based earnings and a comprehensive benefits package. This role emphasizes customer engagement and accurate product knowledge in a team-focused setting.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
