Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers professionally, build lasting relationships, and educate on tile products and installation. You will drive sales by understanding customer needs and maintaining product knowledge.

Expect a draw plus commission structure with strong earning potential in a team-focused environment that values design sensibility and excellent service.
