The Tile Shop in Rockville, MD seeks a sales associate to proactively greet customers, build lasting relationships, and guide them through tile options and related products.

You will work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment, aiming to exceed sales goals, understand installation, and keep customers updated on orders. The role emphasizes professionalism, design sense, and strong communication.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
