Job summary

The Tile Shop in Centerville, Ohio is seeking a dedicated sales associate to greet customers, build relationships, and drive tile product sales. You will learn installation basics to educate customers and track orders while working toward individual sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

First-year earnings are projected between 45k and 75k under a draw plus commission structure, with a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities across our store network.

Job Description
