Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our customer‑centered environment at Store 5360-Hawthorn Mall‑Soma‑Vernon Hills, IL. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and help maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities include delivering hospitality, initiating authentic conversations, supporting merchandising and inventory, and contributing to strong store performance. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
