Job summary

Knitwell Group is hiring a Sales Associate for our Soma location in Charlottesville, VA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a team-driven, customer-centered environment.

Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help with merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience and educating customers on loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in VA; at least 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with customer service and point-of-sale systems is a plus.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
