Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Chandler, AZ to be the welcoming face of a customer‑centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You’ll share product knowledge and provide personalized service to every guest.

You’ll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while maintaining a visually inspiring space that reflects brand standards. A team‑oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ for some states; 18+ for all other states.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
