Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5050-Pavilions-Soma-Sacramento to welcome customers with a hospitality-driven approach in a fashion-forward setting.

You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting merchandising and inventory tasks in a lively retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service and a genuine interest in fashion.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Must meet age requirements for state regulations and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
