Job summary

Knitwell Group in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5516-Vacaville Premium Outlets. You will be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, sharing product knowledge and providing personalized service to every guest.

In this role you’ll deliver a customer-centered experience, initiate authentic conversations to understand needs, and create a seamless omnichannel experience. You’ll contribute to store performance, assist with merchandising, and maintain a visually

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team located at our Store 5516-Vacaville Premium Outlets-Soma-Vacaville, CA 95687.
