Job summary

Massage Envy Tuscaloosa is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily operations and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and encourage retail purchases while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers a friendly team environment with training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a wellness-focused franchise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services helps in promoting Total Body Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
