Massage Envy is hiring Sales Team Members in the United States. The role focuses on educating clients about massage, skin care, and stretch services, building relationships with members and guests, and guiding them toward memberships and retail purchases.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach

The role of a Sales & Customer s associate at Massage Envy involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients understand the benefits of regular massages, skin care and stretch, Key Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members and guest, connecting clients with relationships-built, scripts and customer service. The position also offers a competitive compensation plan, including commission and incentive plans on membership and retail sales, as well as a dynamic environment for growth and refinement of sales and customer service skills.
