Job summary

Massage Envy West Mobile is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist guests with Total Body Care services and retail products. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and guide them through memberships and the Wellness Program.

We offer a flexible schedule, comprehensive product and service training, a 30% discount on products, and commissions on retail and membership sales within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Strong math and computer skills to process transactions and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care services and Massage Envy Wellness Program; promote and sell services and homecare products.
• Book services, answer phones, respond to emails, and help with clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
