KnitWell Group’s Soma brand in Torrance, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized, hospitality‑driven service.

You’ll share product knowledge, engage authentically, support merchandising, stock replenishment, and operate the register to create a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required; this is a temporary/part‑time role with an hourly pay range of $16.90 to $21.10 USD.

You’ll bring to the role

Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
