Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-first environment at Store 5041-Del Monte Center in Monterey, CA. You will share product knowledge, engage customers, and provide personalized service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn brand tools and processes while supporting merchandising and store upkeep in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to build authentic conversations with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with stockroom tasks.
• Age requirements vary by state: 16+ for certain states or 18+ otherwise.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
