Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 5529-Cornerstone Marketplace-Soma-Hot Springs, AR 71913. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment.

Responsibilities include supporting merchandising and inventory, helping with store upkeep, and fostering teamwork to meet personal and store goals. Flexible availability and readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
