KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a customer-centered, hospitality-driven environment.

You will support merchandising and inventory replenishment, maintain brand standards, and work with a collaborative team to drive store performance and positive experiences for shoppers.

Formación

You’ll bring to the role

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
