Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Bakersfield, CA to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience and support store operations. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and help create a welcoming, hospitable environment.

This temporary/part-time role supports store leadership with merchandising and inventory, while upholding Soma’s brand standards. Ideal candidates are flexible, team-oriented, and ready to learn.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old for all states except where a lower age is allowed by law.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

You'll bring to the role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
