Job summary

Mor Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate/Showroom role in a dynamic retail environment. You will greet customers, demonstrate furniture features, and guide decisions through financing and design options to complete purchases.

You will collaborate with a team to maintain an organized showroom, achieve sales goals, and deliver excellent service from start to finish. This position requires weekends and holidays as needed.

ROLE PURPOSE

At Mor Furniture, our Sales Associates and Showroom Managers create welcoming, comfortable experiences that help customers feel confident in their purchase decisions. This role is responsible for delivering friendly, solution-oriented service by understanding each customer's needs and guiding them through products, financing, and design options to bring their space together.

Team members in this role are knowledgeable about our products and take pride in helping customers explore features, styles, and value options - from good to better to best. You'll greet each guest with professionalism, ask thoughtful questions, recommend solutions, and follow through to ensure a great experience from start to finish.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features, including how products function and fit into their home
