Job summary

LST Austin, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a tanning salon environment.

You will focus on meeting sales goals, consult with customers, and maintain a clean, organized salon while handling cash and daily paperwork. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals as measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
