Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Round Rock, TX is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will meet sales goals, educate customers on tanning guidelines, maintain salon cleanliness, handle cash, and complete daily paperwork to support store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for 7+ hours daily.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
