LST Austin, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment and requires a professional, upbeat attitude.

You will work in a tanning salon, assist customers, handle cash, and maintain a clean, organized space while following company policies and legal requirements. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours/day).
• Must lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
