Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a full-time role in Round Rock, TX. The position offers flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, unlimited commission opportunities, and benefits including health insurance and paid vacation.

You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive sales while maintaining a clean salon and handling daily cash and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in retail or customer-service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and open/close the store.
