Job summary

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, educating on tanning rules, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks while tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on brand rules and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon; handles cash and opening/closing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
