The part-time Store Associate role in Taylorsville, UT offers opportunities to assist customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and present merchandise with a team-focused environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work various shifts including weekends, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit exceptional, world-class sales and customer service skills by selling Deseret Book products and services.
• Operate cash registers, locate products, take orders, imprinting, and gift-wrapping.
• Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves and presenting merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise presentation and unpack shipments.
• Support shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
