Job summary

Deseret Book is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at our Cottonwood Heights location. You will help customers find products, operate the cash register, and wrap gifts while representing our mission-driven brand.

Starting immediately, the part-time role offers a friendly, team-oriented environment with a focus on faith-inspired literature and goods. Shifts include days, evenings, and Saturdays; flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good product knowledge preferred.
• Computer skills helpful.
• Good team skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays (except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
