Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will sell, upsell, merchandise the showroom, and handle POS transactions and daily store operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus; forklift certification is required prior to operation; flexible schedule

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
