Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven full-time associate in Jacksonville to help customers choose flooring and related products. You will earn base pay plus uncapped commission, contribute to showroom organization, and handle POS transactions to drive revenue.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or sales, strong communication skills, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus. Accommodations and support are provided as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
