Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional service and maintaining an organized showroom.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or sales, strong communication skills, and forklift certification. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus; evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus; forklift certification required before operation.

Responsibilities
